Noodle and Company Spicy Chicken Caesar Sandwitch

So being a huge fan of Noodle n Co i had to figure out how to make my favorite thing from there Spicy Chicken sandwich 🙂 so here my take and i must say it almost take identical 🙂 ENJOY

 

1 lb chicken breast
1 bottle of Creamy Caesar dressing ( i used Cardinis)
Sriracha Sauce
Wonton Strips ( I used Fresh Gourmet in Produce area of strore but use anything with a crunch)
Pita Bread
Iceberg lettuce
Soy Sauce or Wortercher Sauce or some marinade to give your chicken flavor ( italian dressing would also work)

1 . Clean Chicken Put them in the soy sauce and let sit for 5 min
2. Cook Chicken i used my George Formen but pan will do fine
3. While Chicken Is cooking cut up lettuce ( i made my small pieces )
4. Take jar of Caesar and mix in as much of the Sriracha sauce as you like i do about tablespoon
5.Cut chicken in bite sized pieces
6.On Pita but lettuce then chicken then spoon on sauce and then the wonton strips

ENJOY 🙂 takes just like the restaurant version and less call as well

New Fantasyland 🙂

Hey guys sorry its been a few days busy with life anyways this post will be about the new fantacyland at Disney World.

So the new fantasyland is still not complete but so far it has . New dumbo ride, little mermaid, gastons tavern, be our guest restaurant, and Storytime with belle.

I got to see most of it expect for Storytime with Belle and the Be our Guest Resturant

The two of them the waits were just out of control quick service at be our guest had about over and hour wait to get in and belle had about 60 – 120 all day.

i loved Little Mermaid i do think the could have thought out of the box just a little bit the ride vehicles  are the same one as nemo in Epcot. And i think a slow dark ride really isn’t the only option.  Maybe a water ride or a log flume or something.  But the ride it self is beautiful and i did really enjoy it.  Gastons Tavern is really cool as well look like it did just out the movie.  I got the Fefews Brew two times and man oh man is it good.  It frozen apple juice with marshmallow foam and them passion fruit foam its really yummy. Just with they did what US did with butterbeer where you don’t have to get the fancy cup and pay 10 bucks for it i think they would sell alot more if they just had the option to get it in a plastic cup as well.

Wizarding World of Harry Potter ( Report and Tips)

So here as promised is my trip report on Wizarding World Of Harry Potter.  I went to WWOHP all three days. Now as a lot people do they rush to the ride i did but on day one i tried the test seats and i just personally didn’t feel i was at a point yet where i could fit comfortably in them and enjoy the ride so i didn’t do it  I know alot of people rave about that ride and i wll get on it but heres the thing.  Universal could easly make a type of seat that would fit everyone comfororbly. Take the ride at disney misson space the ride fit to your body type and everyone can enjoy it becuase the way US made the ride seats depending on your hight and just your porrtions you may or may not get one next to me was a guy was had to have weighted almost twice my weight he however have his weight in different places and was fine to ride. So just cuz a tall huge guy can get on just make sure you test the seats. The last thing you want is to be embarrassed because you can get on.

You can buy her dress in the main shop when you enter Islands of Adventure along with Pr D , Snap they are about 400 but they what the actors wore in the movie 🙂

So with that said here are the reason i ended up going back to it two more times.  The detail in WWOHP is incredible insane acually.  If you read the book, saw the movies or both.  You will be in AWE of it when you enter.  Here are a few photos i took 

As far as tips go here are some that i wish i knew before hand when i went

1. GO Late Or Early ( NEVER in Between) dont go at in the afternoon ever Harry Potter is always crowed no matter what time but if you go in the early morning or late maybe 2 hours before closing is the best time.

2. Walk though all the gift shops , they all have different stuff and make sure to bring about 100 if you really plan on getting stuff the actual repica robe cost 109 just as a starter.

3. TRY BUTTERBEER and get frozen its the only way to go.

4. Make sure to really just take your time in the store and all around there is tons of things to see and appreciate.

5. The two show at HP world are fun but not a absolute must see if your die hard fans of HP your love them.

6. Number one tip here !!!! if you go on the ride make sure to also do the castle tour its amazing !!!! just ask a cast member. BUT DO IT you can really enjoy most the castle then ( no outside though in the castle tour )

With all that said i went in January one day was nuts crowed and then one day i spent over an hour just in the shops. Pace your self while there and just take it all in.

My Orlando Trip 2013 Vacation Part 1

So i am back from my trip and wow where to start!

In this one i just want to tell you all about one thing , How much i was shocked at how much i ended loving Universal Studios (US) and Islands of adventure (IOA).

So im a die hard disney fan always have been. I have visited US and IOA before and loved but wasn’t blown away until this trip.  Most my time at this trip was spent alone. Since my mom was at a conference.

First off the ticket i got made it amazing !!!! I got a park to park with unlimited express pass. For three days it was 309. Now US people who go alot im sure will think its a waste of money, but for me it worked amazing i would do it agian in a second.

I was able to do everything over and over and not have to stand on lines alone and waste time i did both park FULLY both times i went and got on the rides i wanted to get one with out waiting longer then i would say about 5 minutes.  There parks are defiantly more RIDE oriented and what i mean by that is. They don’t focus on shows, parades, characters,etc they focus on the amount of thrill rides and more geared toward young adult rather then kids.  With that being said i did notice that US defiantly has a lot of cool characters to meet. I saw Shrek, Men In Black ( and the dog), Scientist from back to the further. The Simpsons. Spongebob and more.  At IOA they had all the marvel characters to meet and being a girl i was super happy when i saw Captain America

 

Just to give you a sense at how awesome the Express Pass is…. Spiderman the whole 3 times i went had about a 45- 50 min wait i got to ride that ride ( my favorite at the parks) a total of 8 times without waiting longer like 5 mins at anytime. So going alone and getting to do that without standing on line and feeling bored and well awkward it made US and IOA that much more enjoyable. Also when i went to Disney one day alone i was bummed manly because i had to wait on lines alone and it was well just not fun. Disney seriously need to get Express pass or at lest a version of it i know they are working on something called MAgic + ( heres a link to a article about it )   when i was at Disney later that week i did see it was working for Resort guest to get into parks as well as getting into our room ( Disney blog post coming )

So with that being said US and IOA are defiantly great with family or alone and i would love to do it all over again

Disney Running Shoe For The Win !!

Not being a runner does not mean i cant admire the amazing design and cuteness of these new shoes by Disney and New balance.

For the last Disney 1/2 marathon the partnered together and design these limited shoes. Only available during that time.

Each version had 1000 pairs and would run you about 125 they were only sold at the run disney expo before the race

I think these are great and really fun not to menion a serious running shoe. I would to have loved getting my hands on these What about you ?

Real 8 Bit !!! ( Wreck It Ralph)

Im sure im not the only one who saw Disney’s newest movie Wreck It Raplh in November well this Febuary Disney created a 8-Bit Lane in London as a promo for the film.

Wanting to prove he can be a good guy and not just a villain, Ralph escapes his game through the power cord and lands in Hero’s Duty, a first-person shooter where he helps the game’s hero, Sergeant Calhoun, battle against “Cy-Bugs”, the game’s alien invaders. He later enters Sugar Rush, a kart racing game set on tracks made of candies, cookies and other sweets. There, Ralph meets Vanellope von Schweetz, one of that game’s characters, who has learned that her game is faced with a dire threat that could affect the entire arcade, and one that Ralph may have inadvertently started.

This movie is wonderful explecaly if your a 25 year old ( like me ) who grew up with old video games. The characters, humor, and the look and feel of the movie right away grabed me. Im counting down the days till it comes out on Blu Ray here in the states on March 5 2012

Disney is also releasing the movie digital a month before im assuming on iTunes and on smart tvs

My Top Ten Tips for A Magical Disney Vacation

I thought only fitting for my first post on here to write about something that is close to my heart Disney World.  I have been to the “Most Magical Place on Earth” more then i can count and have learned a thing or two to make my stays the lest bit stressful and a full amount of magic” So here are my top ten tips to making your next Disney Vacation perfect 

1.Use Fastpass!!!  I know this is something a lot of people know about but not many people use it so here when you should take the extra planing and use the amazing free service.  Before you go make a list of ride you have to get one. Not want to get one but have to.  The when your at the park.  The one with fastpass and the longest wait get a fastpass. Get your fastpass, go on a ride the has a wait time of 20 or less.  Then by the time your down you now have the time to get one your FP( fast pass ) ride and get a new fastpass if you plan ahead you will for sure see everything on that list and more.

2. Take advantage Extra Magic Hours!!!  Yes you will have to pay extra for a park hopper but trust me with this and planing your trip will be less crowed and more happy

3. Eat before the crowds!!!! When most families eat lunch at around 12 – 1 make your reservation for 1130 or 2 this will make it so your family will by the time there done the crowds will be eating and you can get on more rides

4. Picking stops for shows, parades, and the fireworks!!  When picking spots and know we all want our photos to have cinderella castle in them but trust me its a mad house during parades and the fireworks on mainstreet instead. GO to fronteirland or the back of cinderella castle . There is a better chance of seeing everything, and best park when the crowds thin out you can get on a ride or two instead of dealing with a mob

5. Use Disney Transportation if you staying on property and you rented a car don’t use it to get to the parks. You have $$ and time

6. Ziplock bags!!!!  When at disney our phones, cameras and other electronics have a chance of getting pushed in our pockets and forgotten about and then we go on a water ride and BOOM! our phone and thing don’t work anymore when your at the parks put your phone and stuff into a ziplock back ( Iphone can still work with your finger touch though the bag) and everything will stay dry and safe.

7.Water !!!!! when at the park bring a bobble, or a water bottle with a filter and fill it up at water fountains.  No reason to spend 5 bucks on water all day!!!

8. Take a breather !!!! If your with kids and your staying on property i cant stress it enough TAKE A BREAK in the middle of the day.  You paid so much money and i know we all want to get on everything but trust me! A break and some pool time with help your kids recoup and enjoy the park when you go back out for Extra Magic Hours at night

9. Enjoy the little things.  Disney Cast Members make it a point to make you feel special.  If your having a birthday, or It your first visit make sure to ask a cast member where to get your pin. The pins are a great free souvenir and the characters and castmember might do something extra for you on your visit.

10. HAVE FUN!!! When you get caught up in the mobs, crowds, and doller signs we all sometime for get to just enjoy the time with each other. When you get there just remember not to be stuck on your phone, or worring about seeing all WDW has to offer. JUST HAVE FUN !!!!!!

Welcome to My Blog

While this may be an assignment for my most recent class at Full Sail University. Im really excited about to be starting this blog. I have really wanted to start making a design blog for some time now, but never had the push and insprination  i needed to do so. Well here it is, my blog  will house the best of Disney designs though the years using a mix of, articles, videos, and lots of pictures.

Disney is a passion of mine always as been and always will be. I one day hope to work for Walt Disney Imagineering as a Graphic Designer for the theme parks. I have grown up with Disney and all that they have to offer. I go to Disney World a lot. So expect lots of vacation pictures and videos as well. But most of all when i see something that Disney is working that is really amazing or just plain inspiring,  or something vintage Disney has made in the past that i stumble across i hope to share it all with all of you!
